We are a very small tourism business, so any cancellation affects us significantly.
On booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay ($50 minimum).

If a booking is cancelled:

1. more than 30 days prior to the booked date-  a full refund will be available.
2. within 30 days of the booked arrival date-     25% cancellation charge (deposit retained)
3. within 7 days of arrival date (or no-shows)- the full charge applies.
